What is Club Study Status?
A new algorithm for club operations based on best practices. Information from each club is pulled from our bi-weekly survey, scored for our ongoing leaderboard and eventually plugged into an annual report for our subscribers.
How can it help me and my club?
The scoring system will generate your status on a scale of 1-4. A score of 4 is Best in Class!
The final report, generated from the tallied score, will highlight areas of improvement.
Will we be able to compare ourselves to other clubs?
That's part of the fun. Clubs with a Best in Class rating, and examples of continuous improvement, should take great pride in their hard work and performed best practices. The list of Best in Class will be published annually.
What does the criteria to judge clubs consist of?
We've done our best to make this process as objective as possible. There is no judge nor a panel of judges. You either operate with the designated best practices, or you don't. This process also fights any undesirable bias. We have consulted with numerous GM's including our Advisory Panel, who collectively, have over a century of hospitality and industry experience. In saying that, we pride ourselves in being a collaborative group, searching for ways to improve and invite your suggestions. Criteria categories include; member and staff engagement, governance, finance, marketing, innovation and communication.
